A deep dive into Omnitiq:
- Omnitiq's web platform provides users with the option to book trips that involve multiple modes of transportation. Additionally, users can book meals, rent cars, reserve hotels at their destination, and access services for individuals with disabilities. In collaboration with the BA team, I designed the flow and screens to accommodate these diverse needs during the trip booking process.
- The customer app mirrors the features available on the web platform, with minor adjustments to enhance the mobile user experience.
